SICW24 1:32 scale Porsche 956 LH - n.3 24h Le Mans Winner 1983
Drivers:
V Schuppan
H Haywood
A Holbert
In 1983 Porsche swept the first 8 places at Le Mans with the 956, but not without drama. Due to an early loss of a door causing damage to a radiator the #3 car was not in the best of shape. But under the careful guidance of Al Holbert a respected engineer as well as Porsche Works Driver he, Hurley Hayward and Vern Schuppan managed to bring the car home. Overheating, and smoking from one bank of the engine and starting to seize at the end. 17 seconds behind was another Porsche driven by Derek Bell. Behind them 6 more Porsche 956 entries. A good day (and night) at the Races.
Now you can own 1 of 1568 releases of this stunning car. Race one, collect one but don't wait too long.
