Supplied with rubber tires suited to NINCO Track, for better performance on Carrera and wood the SC-2421 Pro Comp 3, SC-2621 Pro Comp 2 or SC-2121 Pro Comp tires are recommended. Pro Comp 3 is hard for NINCO and high grip tracks, Pro Comp 2 is the medium compound and Pro Comp is the soft for lower grip surfaces. Scaleauto also makes a grippy slipon rubber tire SC-4731 if you do not want to run sponge tires. We recommend you glue these tires to the rim for best results on NINCO and Carrera track.

Or, and this is what we recommend, you can shift the guide from it's position atop the chassis plate to the bottom of the chassis plate, this is easily done as just four small screws hold the guide holder in place. If you choose to shift the guide carrier below the chassis plate then you will also want SC-1626 guide, this guide is a 'low profile' version of the stock guide.
