Shipping FAQs

FREE ground shipping to continental U.S. on orders over $65. We will still offer Free shipping to Canada on orders for cars and parts over $100.00. Race sets under $150 will be shipped at cost due to increases in the price of shipping. (Exception: No free shipping of track or race sets to Canada.) Regular orders ship within 2 to 3 business days, but see below for current order time. Allow at least one week for repairs and custom orders. Right now we are about 3 days to process orders. We ship out Monday-Saturday. We will try to ship urgent orders quicker. Please let us know via scaleracing1@gmail.com if you need quicker service. Please quote order number. Express Mail or other options available for faster delivery. International orders must be insured or shipped at customer's risk. Shipping is billed at our cost. Use the comments box on the checkout page to let us know your shipping directions or if you want to be notified of shipping cost prior to shipping. Canada Orders shipped USPS First Class International - insured. USPS Priority Mail International insured to Canada - we pay amount of first class, or up to 10% of order amount, and you pay the difference. All other orders will be shipped at our cost.

Warranty and Repairs We stand behind everything we sell 100%. 90-day minimum warranty on all purchases. Defective items will be serviced, repaired or replaced no charge. Full refund for new unopened items only. Less shipping if item originally shipped free of charge. Service and repair on all slot racing products no matter where they were purchased. No charge for labor on small repairs, you pay for replacement parts and shipping only. Estimates will be given on more complicated repairs.
